Cadogan is an independent oil and gas exploration, development and production company with onshore gas and condensate assets in Ukraine. Cadogan has built a diversified portfolio of assets through a series of acquisitions since December 2005.
Cadogan was incorporated in October 2004 following which initial funding was raised from equity investors with a view to financing the appraisal of upstream oil and gas opportunities in the CIS and elsewhere.
The Group's principal strategy is to create shareholder value by monetising the value of its reserves and resources (both contingent and prospective) by drilling and production and also by increasing its reserves through exploration and appraisal drilling.
Cadogan’s oil and gas activities are located exclusively in Ukraine, a country which is characterised by high demand for energy.
