You should contact the Shareholder Services Department at the above address. A certified copy of the relevant legal document ie. Marriage Certificate or Deed Poll should be sent with the share certificate for amendment.

You can download and complete a Change of Address Form for Huddersfield and return it to that address. Alternatively, you can write to Capita Registrars quoting your name, old address, new address and that you are a shareholder in Cadogan Petroleum. Please do not send your share certificates as these are not amended for a change of address.

- > How do I replace a lost share certificate?

You should contact the Shareholder helpline with details of your name, address and investor code (as shown on the share certificate). They will then send you a formal letter of indemnity to complete and return. There may be a charge for replacing lost certificates.

- > How do I transfer shares?

You can download and complete a Stock Transfer Form which includes guidance notes to help you complete it. The completed form, and share certificate to cover the number of shares to be transferred, should be returned to Capita Registrars at the Huddersfield address.
